Hmmm.... well, life is funny - as we know, and those who don't - are watching reality shows...

Crazy stuff - I've heard over and over again from non-math people (aka non-nerds) that math people tend to gravitate to math jobs and be musicians.  I've never pondered this -now known fact- :-p - but there may be some truth to this.  I never mix art with business, and, it's time to break the rules ---- I am a member of NAAIM (google NAAIM) = a bunch of concerned active investment advisors navigating the rough seas of the markets for the last (insert number) years...  Now, what the hell does that have to do with music??  ---  I went to CO, and hung with my peeps --- concerned male nerds, with a few beautiful female nerds thrown in - with big thumping hearts because they care about their clients...  Musicians are the same way, generally big thumping hearts hiding behind hair extensions, tattoos, nose rings (with snot) - but trying to do their best with their audience.  So, without trying, I met over a dozen NAAIM members who are math people and musicians in the past week = pretty good odds the non-nerds are right!
